We provide a group booking service. We don't book all seats so keep at least 70 seats for sale at the door at each gig.

There is a booking charge of $2 per seat reserved.

You can either:

1. Phone The Fig on (02) 9905 7215 (do NOT leave a message on the answerphone as it is not monitored), or
   
   
2. Send an email to info@theManlyFig.org disclosing your name, the date of the event and the number of seats to reserve.
   We will confirm your booking by return email.

Conditions

A person in the group must arrive by 7:30pm Fig night and pay the whole booking charge on entry. Otherwise the booking will lapse.

Any booked seats not occupied by the break after the first act will become 'unbooked' unless paid for. This cutoff time varies according to the program but is normally after 8:30.

At 7:15 on the night we will invite one or 2 reps from each booked table to come inside, pay the table's booking fee and their entry then go to their table so their friends can find it easily .

Example

1. Kathy emails a request for a table of eight seats for August 27 . She gets a confirmation email saying it's reserved.
2. Kathy's friend Fred (and partner) arrive early and at 7:15pm, accept the invitation to 'mark the table', pay the $12 booking fee and the $25 entry and go to the table.
3. Kathy and three of her other friends arrive between 7:35 and 8:00 and pay their $13 entries then join Fred at their table.
4. Anthony is very late - not sure why but will definitely be there. Kathy pays for his ticket at the door at 8pm and leaves his name. His seat remains reserved.
5. Kathy's two other friends don't show by the break after the first set so their seats are relinquished to other patrons.
