A country music star in Australia, New Zealand-born Shanley Del considers her "big break" moment at the beginning of the 1990s was almost straight out of a storybook.

When her big sister, former Crocodiles singer and Australian recording star Jenny Morris, invited her to sing backup on her 1991 tour, Shanley slipped the demo cassette into her luggage as an afterthought.

Less than a year later, Jenny had played the songs to the head of an Australian label and he offered Shanley a seven-album deal.

She recorded three albums for the label, including the 1998 ARIA Music Awards Best Country Album My Own Sweet Time, and has toured Australia and made several trips to Nashville where she performed on the Grand Ole Opry with US country institutions Loretta Lynn and Skeeter Davis.

in January 2019, husband and wife combined their vocal talents to produce and independently release the EP Shanley Del – James Gillard.

James is no slouch either. He has played in the Richard Clapton band , Mondo Rock and Mental as Anything.

Australian blues artist Simon Kinny-Lewis has performed/recorded with the cream of the blues crop including Robben Ford, Chris Cain, Andy Just (BB King, Buddy Guy) Nate Ginsberg (Herbie Hancock) and many more. Not only recognised as a virtuoso guitarist but also as an impressive singer and songwriter, Simon's approach has been described as a musical intersection in which tradition, modern flair and personal style are enriched by pure emotional release. His band features Tony Boyd (drums) and Rob Ewan (bass) - both of whom have toured with the likes of Josh Smith and Eric Stekel.

Simon has just released his seventh album entitled "Another Day in San Jose", recorded at Reed's in San Jose during his 2020 California tour. The album features Blues legend Robben Ford (Miles Davis, George Harrison and more) performing on Simon's new original " Dagger Eyes ". It follows his previous albums "Catfish" & "A Day In San Jose", both that reached #1 on The Australian Blues and Roots Airplay Charts.

5-time Grammy Winner Steve Lukather (Guitarist from Toto, Michael Jackson) comments on Simon's 2016 release 'Street Blues'. "Great man. Your voice has a little Bonamassa in it…which is cool. Love the tune too. KILLER solo!"

"An incendiary guitarist who simmers and burns!" – Bucky O'Hare, Blues Blast Magazine (USA)

"Simon Kinny-Lewis is the full package. Live, he beams with energy, soul and passion for the music. His guitar playing is up there with the best guitarists of today, conveying all of the right elements that make an enthusiast satisfied, including tastefulness, technique and great tone." – Ethan Burke, Bluessource.net

"Absolutely wonderful playing, you can hear the smiles on their faces as they bust through this set. Great on all fronts." – Josh Smith, leading US blues guitarist.

"Simon has a great command on the guitar and vocals along with wonderful songs, teaming up with my friend Robben Ford to make a great, contemporary blues record." – Kirk Fletcher, leading US blues guitarist.
